CERTIFICATE DETAILS

This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children at one of the cities below. Arrival date is valid seven days a week. At the time of booking your reservations, a US $50 refundable deposit is required and is payable to the fulfilling travel agency that will book your reservations. The deposit is refunded to you by the travel agency after travel has been completed less a ten-dollar reservation fee.

Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 days in advance. This offer is valid for two adults and up to two children under the age of 16. Adults must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and major credit card as a matter of hotel policy. This offer does not include food, transportation, room taxes, tips, telephone calls or any item of a personal nature. This offer is not valid for group travel or for attending a convention. No pets allowed. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Reservations are subject to availability, and are limited during peak season, holidays and weekends. Some destinations may be subject to seasonal surcharges. Accommodations for extra nights are available for an additional fee. Destinations are subject to change without notice.

The cost to redeem this certificate to receive a reservation form is a one-time redemption fee of $20 for processing, postage and handling. To redeem this certificate, the customer goes to the Certificate Redemption Website. At that website the customer will enter in the Certificate ID# located at the bottom of the certificate to validate their certificate and to securely submit the redemption fee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted. The customer will receive the reservation form by mail within 1-3 weeks after redeeming the certificate. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on the certificate.
